I didn't receive the Order Confirmation and Welcome Email after I ordered a Program.
Please make sure you follow the instructions to whitelist Dr. Coker's email address (Click Here).
After you complete the whitelist instructions at the link above, you can use the Lost Password link on the Membership login page to retrieve a temporary password.
If you are using a work email (an address provided by your employer) sometimes they have filters set up that will not allow our emails to come through. If you're using a work email and have followed the instructions above and are still unable to receive the emails, please consider using a personal email through a free provider like Gmail or Yahoo, etc.
